Specialty Luggage offers a 30-day unconditional guarantee return on purchases in new, unused and perfect condition as long as the original receipt is provided. We also honor all manufacturers' warrantees of products we sell. If you'd like to send back an item, you have 2 options. If you call us at 412-281-3852, we will send you a shipping label. If you choose this method, we will deduct shipping cost from your return. The other option would be for you to send the return back to us and we will credit you for the full return minus any original shipping fees. Our return policy is another way for us to extend a welcoming hand to customers who are searching for online luggage stores that provide the best service concerning sales of our luggage, handbags, designer briefcases, duffle bags and other travel related products. If at any time you would like to contact our customer service team please feel free to do so. Our online luggage sales and service center is prepared to assist you with any questions you might have concerning the purchase of your luggage, bags, duffle bag, briefcase or attaches or other travel related gear.

If you are returning 6 to 11 units of the same item, there is a restocking fee of 15% which will be deducted from the total refund due to you. We cannot accept a return of 12 or more of the same item. These orders are considered non-refundable. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we cannot make any exceptions regarding this policy. *We do not accept returns on any merchandise that has been personalized with a monogram or company logo. * There is a difference between airline damage and a defective item. Always check the bag upon pickup, and contact the carrier if damage is found from travel. In the event a package is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable due to no fault of our own, we will issue a full refund less the shipping cost. We are unable to reship orders that are marked as undeliverable. You can place a new order on our webite at any time. In addition, if you contact us after your order has been placed regarding an incomplete or incorrect shipping address, we will make every reasonable effort to correct the information prior to the package being shipped. Once the package has been shipped, we cannot make address corrections or forwarding requests.
